The villa has everything you would expect - 3 double bedrooms all en-suite (one is a basement room), fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining areas, BBQ, sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor swimming pool, electric blinds and modern furnishings, just to name a few of the amenities. Benetia apartment 3 / private cove/ 1 kayak /6 SUP

We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, diving, you can see fish and star fish. We have 1 kayak for 2 people and 6 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are 2 beaches, some restaurants and traditional tavernas, mini-markets, bars.

The villa offers two (2) 55m2 apartments on the ground floor and a 110m2 family apartment on the first floor. Each apartment has it's own private entrance and a parking spot.
