This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. The living area is named Artemis / Artemida / Loutsa. You would live just 120 m from the sea. In the closer surrounding you would find a minimarket, butcher, pharmacy and bakery.

You’ll love it because of the comfy bed, the view with its breath-taking sunsets and its location altogether, as it is an hour drive away from Athens and relatively close to the Airport.
