Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. Simply Bed and Breakfast in a cottage nr Bath.

We live at Prospect Cottage with 2 cats, you will be staying in the house with us. The 2 bedrooms for BnB are in the cottage(a 3rd king size bedroom is possible upon request) We are close to Bristol airport, Bath, The Pig and Priston Mill. A quiet village location. The village has a pub, The Butchers Arms and a small village shop/cafe 2 bedrooms each with double bed, sleeps up to 4, sharing a tiny ensuite shower and a small downstairs loo. Top floor is private(unless booked for a 5/6th person)

We pride ourselves on offering our guests a friendly welcome, professional service, comfortable en suite rooms with all the comforts of home and more. We are on hand, as much or as little as you like, giving you local advice and tips so you get the most from your stay with us. Our in room continental breakfast is optional at £7.50 per person. Only a 20 minute downhill walk to the city on a bus route with limited free on street parking opposite and £5 per day parking in a local car park.
