Cottage set up for 2 people but can accommodate 4 (or 2 individuals) using the pull out sofa in the living area and using the bathroom through the bedroom. Please tell us if sofa bed is required. A gorgeous brand new modern cottage perched on the rural hill side overlooking the Waipu Caves Reserve. Stunning Northland sunrises and sunsets will amaze you. A place of true relaxation only 15 minutes from Waipu and Uretiti beach. 20 minutes to the famous Waipu Cove beach where surfing, paddle boarding and swimming are a must. The journey to the cottage is on an graded yet narrow unsealed road and the drive way to the cottage is steep so requires a good run up to the assent.
