Full access to Clubhouse (5 min walk): pools, hot tub, arcade and gym. Great for families, large groups, kid and pet friendly.

Hot Breakfast and Lunch INCLUDED every day in your stay. Our general store, located 5 minutes away, will make you fresh egg sandwiches, pastries, and coffee. For lunch, come in and get fresh made subs or our famous brick oven pizza slices. A perfect getaway for couples, friends, or family in every season. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, ice skating and boating on serene Sadawga Lake. It's a quick drive to skiing at Mount Snow, shopping and dining in Wilmington, and direct access to the VAST trail.

Unwind in the quiet serenity of this country home complete with fully equipped kitchen with a newly installed gas fireplace , a comfy open living room with flat screen cable tv & DVD player Roko & High speed Internet . We have a lock box located on the post near the front entrance. combo provided upon arrival . Washer & dryer located on first level.

One of a kind, brand new, hand built by owners in the heart of the Green Mountains. House boasts spacious high ceilings, built with wood from the property and custom windows that reflect the true intention of the h’om’e. Beautiful pikes falls less than one mile down the road. Minutes to Stratton Mountain and Jamaica State Park. Partial mountain view’s! During the winter season, all wheel drive or 4WD is recommended. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis and may be subject to a Pet Fee.

The Brook House Vermont is set back in the trees and unbelievably cozy. It's a place to reconnect while listening to the brook. To enjoy big meals, conversations, and games by the fireplace. There's skiing mins away at Mount Snow, swimming at Harriman Reservoir, as well as hiking, golf, mountain biking, antiquing, breweries, and some of the best cuisine VT has to offer.
