The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Located on the west side of the lake off a quiet private drive with almost 100ft of lake frontage, there are few spots with a better view. Watch the sun rise each morning from either our private decks. Explore the lake by canoe or kayak; both available for our guests. SCHROON RIVER RETREAT ❤️ Escape to the tranquility of the Schroon River with over 2 acres of private land and over 375 ft of direct Waterfront. We are nestled in the heart of the Adirondacks right off I87. Gore Mountain is a short 25 minute drive and Lake George is about 15 minutes away. Our home is located off a private road in the town of Warrensburg. Our waterfront has no motorized boats so it is perfect for swimming, tubing, kayaking or canoeing and offers great trout fishing.

You WILL be asked a series of questions prior to accepting request to stay.

If you are looking for a cozy spot to relax in a small town, with fast internet and easy access to lots of fun activities, this house is it! On the main floor of the house, there is an open layout that includes a library, a small bar, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a finished basement that includes a large family area with a huge couch (perfect for movies), a workspace, and a laundry space. Private parking and lots of outdoor space.

The "Mellow Moose" cabin is a quiet and peaceful retreat in the woods. Spend the day exploring the region or simply relax in nature. Afternoons are great for reading a book as the sun shines through the large living room windows. Relax on the screened in front porch for a quiet evening and a drink. Or enjoy a campfire and watch the sunset through the trees. Use this as your home base for a ski trip or take a trip to Schroon lake, Brant lake or Lake George. (Roughly 30mins)
