Self-contained annex - private entrance/hall leading to kitchen/living area, bedroom with en-suite shower room. At the front of the house, its comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway in Saltdean, which is a 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky TV…annex is within the house so there may be minimal daytime noise (nighttime foxes!). I work but am available outside of work hrs if/when needed. Experience Brighton like a local with a stay in our beautiful annexe studio situated amongst the pastel painted houses of Hanover, Brighton. We are nestled in a quiet neighbourhood just a 20 minute walk from the beach, The Lanes and Brighton Station. The room has an airy feel to it with lots of exposed wood and natural light. Guests have their own private entrance and free parking space outside. We can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Parties of 3/4 adults can’t be accepted.

Beautiful spacious lower gd floor one bedroom apartment with your own private walled garden, just 10 mins walk up from Brighton station. The flat sleeps 2 with the bonus of splitting the king sized bed into 2 singles if you're travelling with a friend. Located in the friendly Seven dials area of Brighton with it's cafe's and independent shops. Check in is 2.30 pm but flexibility to drop off bags earlier. If you are driving please check info as we have parking restrictions 9am -8pm.

This cosy, comfortable self contained studio flat, with your own front door, is bright, airy and very comfortable with an added bonus of distant sea views, and our wind farm. We are about a 20 mins walk from Brighton or Hove and are easily positioned for easy access to Brighton, Hove or Preston Park railway stations, we’re on the excellent No 27, bus service. Walk 10 minutes down the road to the Seven Dials, there are Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Hog Roast and French restaurants.

Come and stay at our garden lodge, fully self contained, arranged over 2 rooms, with separate shower room. Sleeps up to 4, twin beds in bedroom, additional sleeping in lounge on sofa bed and chair bed. Kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. TV and free Wi-Fi. Situated at the end of our garden, the lodge has a decking area. Access is next to our house. On a quiet road with free parking. Buses to Brighton run frequently from the end of the road.

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.
