Delightful 4 bedroom house overlooking the sea . Our bright home has a spacious open plan living room / dining room. The kitchen is well equipped. A sunny outdoor area at the rear has plenty of room for relaxing. Outside for shared use there is a children's playground and tennis court. A small but lovely beech is a 2 min. walk from house, but we are a short drive from the spectacular beeches of Old Bawn and Kilmuckridge. Our home has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. The sitting room has a large TV with cable stations, and great WiFi. The log burning stove in the open plan sitting room is great for those cooler evenings. There are sea views from the sitting room, but the best view is had from the terrace of the main bedroom. Downstairs has a double bedroom with wc and wet room shower, upstairs are 2 further double bedrooms and large family bathroom with walk-in power.
