Ground floor flat (own entrance, easy wheelchair /pram access), in a family home on a quite street. Fully equipped kitchen, power shower & deep luxury bath. Will sleep 2 (+2 option on the comfortable sofa-bed in the living area). 15-20 min walk to Sheffield Uni/ hospitals, 25-35 min walk to town. Travel cot, high chair, toys and a large trampoline available. Access to large garden with sunny sitting area + free parking. Breakfast and snacks (with consideration to food intolerances) included.

This garden flat with separate access is located in the heart of Sheffield's academic and healthcare hubs. Nestled between Broomhill, Ecclesall road and 2 miles away from the city centre. Close to Botanical Gardens, Endcliffe park and a short walk to a variety of restaurants and pubs. With an en-suite bathroom, well equipped kitchen and small private patio this apartment is perfect for everything Sheffield has to offer! We have 2 friendly dogs and a cat. We also have free overnight parking.

The Annexe

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.

Bright and modern extension with ensuites

A lovely bright and modern extension that is fitted to high spec. The space has light, modern decor and is cosy. Both the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. On the ground floor is the kitchen and dinning area. At the back is a small area with access to the outside patio and a lovely walled garden. Ideal for friends or family. The area is safe, green and offers travel such as bus to the Peak District and the city centre. Shops, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

Mesne Cottage in Beautiful Bakewell

Mesne is a pretty stone cottage hidden away at the end of a quiet lane in the picturesque market town of Bakewell in the beautiful Peak District. The cottage is the perfect base from which to explore Bakewell, being only 10 minutes walk to the centre and situated in a peaceful setting with direct access from our garden to the Monsal Trail. Our cosy private annexe offers a comfortable stay with a king size bed, a continental style breakfast and a warm welcome on your arrival.
