We are nestled in one of Atlanta's best intown neighborhoods. Our space is designed with luxury hospitality in mind: great Wifi, a full kitchen stocked with local coffee from Portrait, a Saatva king bed with high quality linens, and a pool. At the end of our quiet street is the Beltline, an 8 mile walking and biking trail connecting a number of ATL hot spots. Less than 15 minutes gets you to downtown attractions and the airport is just 15-20 minutes south of us. You're never far from fun here!

This house is spectacular and very private! Four bedrooms three full bathrooms upstairs and two half bathrooms downstairs makes this the perfect house for large groups. The master suite is nothing short of stunning! It over looks the pool and jacuzzi. has its own private balcony. There is a par 3 golf course across the street and Bobby Jones golf course 2.5 miles away. The property is bordered to the W and S by Peachtree Creek. There is a large covered outdoor porch with a fire place.

The historic Monroe House was built in 1920, recently upgraded with more refined finishes. The Monroe House’s 1st floor Airbnb apartment offers luxurious King and Queen size beds, a fully stocked kitchen, full laundry, gig speed wifi with room to entertain. The back area provides two private parking spaces—walking distance to Ponce City Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Piedmont Park. The Airbnb is the convenient 1st floor apartment of a duplex. It is child friendly and pet friendly.
