This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Our mission is to create an atmosphere of tranquility, calmness and peace. We offer mother nature outside your door with easy access to all the activities you desire.

We are half a block from Battery Park, with live, open-air concerts on Thursday evenings during summer. You'll have the apartment to yourself.

If exploring the outdoors is your thing we are steps away from Burlingtons bike path and walking distance to many bike rentals.

Cozy "Urban" Cottage

Welcome to my super cozy house in the Old North End! The house is a 15 minute walk to the top of Church Street and is located near a market, yoga studio, and coffee shop. There is a farmer's market located directly across the street on Tuesday afternoons in the summer months. The house has tons of natural light, a comfy sofa and mattresses, a large TV with access to Netflix and HBO, and lots of books. Both bedrooms have sound machines and fans. Coffee and tea provided!

We welcome you to this one bedroom apartment in the heart of Burlington, Vermont. The unit is located in a professional neighborhood in the heart of the old north end district. This unit has separate upstairs accessibility. Plenty of bakeshops, breweries, cafes, restaurants located in the neighborhood . We are also just minutes away from the beautiful Lake Champlain waterfront with walking/bike friendly roads and paths. This apartment has everything needed to be at home!

We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!
