In-Law Suite in the Beating Heart of Fishtown

Sit back on the Montauk sofa to watch Netflix and HBO Go on the Smart TV. There's also a Sonos sound system for crystal-clear audio. In the bedroom, an Ecobee thermostat and bed with Casper mattress and down pillows ensure comfort at all times. We just finished fully renovating our 100 year old row home and created a beautiful in-law/guest suite on the ground floor that is perfect for a quick weekend trip to the city, or a month long stay. The house is located a couple of blocks from various critically acclaimed restaurants, bars and shops in the heart of Fishtown. Master suite has a Casper® mattress and down pillows. There is also plenty of space for you to unpack. The living room has a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge, electronic water heater, French press and Tea pot. (Please note, there is no stove top) The Smart TV comes with access to Netflix and HBO go + Apple TV® The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Upon request a high chair and pack and play are available as well as toys for kids. For full disclosure we live above the unit with two kids (2 and 6). From time to time you will hear light steps. The in-law suite has a separate entrance and can be completely closed off from the rest of the house. We are available via text or chat throughout your stay and will great you upon arrival. The house is 3 blocks away from one of Fishtown's most happening streets, full of hip restaurants, fashion boutiques, and trendy bars, plus the train to downtown. Recommendations include the flagship La Colombe, Cheu Noodle, Suraya and Weckerly's. The Girard stop on the El is a 5 min. walk from the house. That train will get you downtown in 5-10 mins. Uber/Lyft are also readily available in our neighborhood and we use them all the time. If it's a pretty day and you enjoy a walk, we are a little less than 2 miles from Old City. You can either walk along the Deleware River or through the heart of Northern Liberties. If you come with a car, street parking is available.

Sweet Private Solar Suite - Santorini

Go green in this solar powered home protected by extra Covid-19 precautions. Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination required to book (see house rules). A quaint, stylish home in historic Mount Holly, walking distance from downtown pubs, museums and shops. Pet friendly with ample street parking, fully functional kitchen, full size refrigerator with ice maker, private bathroom (separate toilet and shower). Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. 7 Miles to Sesame - Private Guest Suite attached to 1813 Brick Farmhouse on 10 Bucks County acres. 28 Minutes to the LINC, 5 min to Bristol/Levittown I95 Ramp and PA Turnpike, close to Sesame Place, Historic Bristol Boro, Silver Lake Nature Center, Washington Crossing and New Hope. There is a 1 day preparation time between each guests for cleaning & disinfecting purposes, in this fully furnished in-law suite with many amenities including a Washer, Dryer and a Neck, Back Massage Chair Pad. This is an Older Yellow Bungalow House and it's located in a quiet street with little or no traffic and walking distance to 2 parks. All major highways are less than 3 miles away, such as 295, 73 & the NJ Turnpike, as well as a many shopping centers, restaurants and malls nearby.

HUGE Coastal Penthouse Suite w/ *Private Bath*

Come relax in this calm, stylish beach inspired, private suite with an attached private bathroom. Located in the West Poplar District we are conveniently located near Chinatown, The Met, Convention Center, about a 20 minute walk to Center City and many great bars and restaurants within walking distance (The Institute bar, being one of my favorites). With the subway just blocks away, public transportation is close by and Uber can always get you to your desired destinations within minutes.

Spacious Suite in Spectacular Neighborhood

You will have the first floor of a private residence. All entrances, rooms, doors are untouched except by guests for entire stay. There is a locking french doors between the suite and the rest of the home. The living room has a fire place. TV and a high top seating area. The suite includes a fully functional kitchen -- sink, fridge, dishes, microwave etc. there is a hot plate (2) but not a range top stove. There is patio with secluded and private seating. and gas grill.

This charming four acre, mid-1700’s farmhouse property has an attached 2 bedroom guest suite with a private entrance, a full kitchen and quaint front porch. Private entrance from outside to the suite. The suite includes 1.5 bathrooms/queen-bed/towels/sheets /blanks/ WIFI TV/washer & dryer. The tiny kitchen with microwave/oven/refrigeration/coffee pot/toast/dishware. The house is on the hill but close to highways 76/202/422. about 40 minuets to Philadelphia center city; 30 minuets to the airport, 10 plus minuets to KOP Mall/Valley Forge National Park/Wayne downtown /Norristown /Villanova University.
