Welcome to our Lake House Cottage on Keuka Lake! Our lake house rental has plenty of parking for several cars, trucks and trailers. We have a boat launch on this property. There are very few steps. Lots of shade trees. This rental is a PRIME LOCATION. We are located just below the bluff. There are 3 restaurants within 5 miles. One across the road. Also, 2 breweries, a distillery and several wineries within minutes from our rental. Hammondsport voted best small town in America only 7 miles away.

Enjoy campfires with your own patio on the waterfront, rent a boat, tour breweries/wineries or hike Letchworth State park. 12 minutes from Geneseo college. 1/2 hour to ski lifts. Upstairs studio apartment, sleeps 4 adults. Queen bed in semi-private bedroom + pullout queen sofa bed in living room. Balcony with lake views. 2 kayaks and canoe provided. Dock space available with stay. 3 night minimum. Self check-in. No pets, smoking or parties.

Private ground floor contains two bedrooms (queen and twin XL beds), bathroom, and family room. Family room has sofa bed, TV, internet, ice machine, kitchenette, bottled water dispenser, and refrigerator. Several steps from Cayuga Lake in the middle of the Cayuga Wine Trail. Very close to wineries, cideries, distillery, and beer garden. Lakefront (shared with owner) includes a propane grill, picnic table, kayaks, and dock for fishing or swimming. Easy walk down beach for children.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024
