The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Cook delicious meals in a real kitchen with full size fridge, stove, & microwave (coffeemaker & toaster too). Sleep well on the adjustable memory foam queen bed. This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

This is a compact studio (like a tiny house) in a separate structure with its own private bathroom and entrance. Sleep well, walk a trail in a private forest, enjoy the stars from your semiprivate courtyard or grill in the Mediterranean court shared with hosts or other guests. It is only 10 minutes from Interstate 95, 20 minutes from downtown Fayetteville and the hospital, and 5 minutes from groceries, a pharmacy, ATM, gas station/convenience stores, and takeout food.

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean
