In unmittelbarer Nähe sind viele gemütliche und hippe Cafés, Bars, Supermärkte, der Bajloni Markt und die Einkaufsmeile (Knez Mihailova) sowie die Haupttouristenattraktionen (Festung, Park und Donau/Save-Zusammenfluss). Die Wohnung hat hohn Decken und eine gut ausgestatteten Küche.
