Plus come and relax in the hot tub at the end of your day. The shuttle stops in front of the house every 30 min and will take you to the mountain or Outdoor Center.

My place is close to three major ski areas including Sunday River in Bethel. Grafton Notch state park is only 15 miles away and the Appalachian trail passes through Andover in two locations. There are trails for hiking, biking, ATV, snowmobile or horseback riding. There are places to fish, swim, canoe or kayak all within a short drive. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness.

This rustic cabin is surrounded by an additional 80 acres of pure nature! Perfect for a relaxing getaway for a small family or group. 10 minutes to Sugarloaf where you can golf, mountain bike, and hike during the warmer months and enjoy skiing on one of the many trails along the mountain during Maines long winters! All cabins have hot tubs and are on the shuttle route (holidays and weekends).

Welcome to First Tracks! Our home is located in the Timbers, a great jumping off point for all your adventures. Located right on the ski trail and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs (ping pong tourney anyone?). Two fireplaces, cozy seating, games and a hot tub to recover after a day of adventure.
