Mitten in der Kurstadt Bad Zwesten umringt von Rad-und Wanderwegen, am Rande des Nationalpark Kellerwald und in der Nähe zu Kassel, befindet sich ein in Lehm gebautes Erdhaus, was ursprünglich als Therapiehaus erbaut, zu einem exklusiven Ferienhaus umgebaut wurde und somit einmalig in Deutschland ist. Dabei haben wir Wert auf die Ursprünglichkeit gelegt, mit einem Hauch von Luxus . Neben dem hervorragenden Klima durch den Lehmbau, bleibt es auch an heißen Tagen im Sommer gut klimatisiert.

Es handelt sich um eine antike Almhütte, die zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts errichtet wurde. Kürzlich restauriert, wobei die ursprünglichen Merkmale erhalten geblieben sind, Stein und Lärchenholz, das hier gefällt wurde, machen sie aus. Sie wurde auf besondere und handwerkliche Art eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über Strom aus einer Photovoltaikanlage, außerdem gibt es Solarpanelle für das Warmwasser und die Fußbodenheizung. Sie besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche-Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Holzofen.

Willkommen in unserem ruhigen, uckermärkischen Landhaus in Gerswalde. Es eignet sich perfekt für Familientreffen und kleine Gruppen. Das 200 Jahre alte Lehmstampfhaus verfügt über jeglichen modernen Komfort, wie Küche, Heizung, Wlan und Kamin. Die letzte Renovierung erfolgte im Januar 2024. Für kleine Tagungen und Offsites kann es sehr gut genutzt werden. Das Ensemble liegt in einem gepflegten 3.000 qm großen Garten mit Trampolin, Grillplatz, Tischtennis und Buddelkasten.
