Studio Scala se nalazi u jezgru kotorskog starog grada, u autentičnoj staroj kamenoj kući, na svega par minuta od kotorske rive i u blizini Katedrale Svetog Tripuna. Uređena pješčana plaža sa ležaljkama, tuševima, restoranom i kafe barom nalazi se na udaljenosti od 600 metara. Studio je klimatizovan, ima besplatni bežični internet i tv. Posjeduje kompletno opremljenu čajnu kuhinju sa trpezarijom i kupaonicu sa tuš kabinom. Ulaz je zaseban sa teracom koja pruža intiman i udoban kutak za odmor.

Apartment is situated on the ground floor in a family house in Kotor - Muo. The house is isolated from the car traffic. You will feel here as if you were in unspoiled nature, surrounded by the peace and greenery of fig trees, olives, pomegranates, vines, kiwi trees and flowers, all just 40 meters from the beach. Also, you can enjoy your own barbecue grilling in the garden, enjoying the company of your family and friends. Kotor - Muo is heart of one of the most beautiful bays in the world!

Guest suite in Budva

Guest suite is located 150 meters from Slovenska Beach. The Old Town of Budva can be reached with a 15-minute walk. The place is air conditioned and include a balcony with a seating area, a bedroom, kitchenette and a bathroom. It offers a flat-screen cable TV, free WiFi, and a private bathroom with a shower, hair dryer and towels. There is also a parking space in front of the house for our guests, as well as the seating area for all our guests in the patio.

Accommodation is located in Becici and is perfect for couples and solo travelers. Please note we have four Studios of the same type - every unit is slightly different but every Studio is with the same standard and equipment (air condition, WiFi, small terrace, LCD TV, kitchenette, same furnishing). Since we rent those Studios with different agencies (like Airbnb...) it is not possible to choose the exact Studio during reservation.
