Die Villa wurde durch einen begabten, europäischen Architekten gestaltet. Durch die großen Räume und großen Türen und Fenster, ist die Villa sehr hell. Tu avrai: 2 posti macchina dentro il giardino e godrai sia della vicina spiaggia sia della tranquilla collina. La villa è perfetta per vacanza al mare, romantiche o di lavoro.

Pretty panoramic villa, consisting of 2 small apartments in an exclusive setting, ideal for moments of relaxation immersed in nature and away from traffic but a short walk from the centre! THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE

Horse House si trova nella città di Ragalna a 800mt s.l.m. a pochi chilometri dal Parco dell’Etna, posizione strategica per le escursioni sul vulcano, panorami mozzafiato e per raggiungere il mare a Catania(20km), Siracusa e Taormina a solo un ora di viaggio in auto. Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.

Die Villa befindet sich in bester und zentraler Lage in der historischen Altstadt von Taormina nur wenige Schritte vom Corso Umberto (150 Meter) und dem Teatro Greco entfernt. Die besten Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von der Dachterrasse bietet das Haus einen tollen Ausblick auf den Vulkan Ätna. Alle Restaurants, Monumente, Nachtleben können einfach zu Fuss erreicht werden. Parken im Parkhaus gegen Gebühr (200m). Die Seilbahn zum Strand ist in nur 4 Minuten erreichbar.

La villa si trova ai piedi dell'Etna, ma anche a pochi km dal mare, Taormina e Giargini Naxos. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). La posizione è molto strategica, per la sua vicinanza a numerose località turistiche. Vi troverete a soli 6 km dalle spiagge di Fiumefreddo, 20 km da Taormina, 20 km dalle Gole dell’Alcantara, 5 km da Linguaglossa dove sono presenti gli impianti sciistici e 40 km da Catania.
