A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. The Bothy at Days

One bedroom self-catering holiday accommodation, in a converted stables within the flint-walled courtyard of a charming Grade II listed 18th century farmhouse on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Across the road from Fontwell Park Racecourse and close to Goodwood. Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
