There are four double bedrooms and a twin room. The house has been designed to be highly accessible for wheel chair users with a ground floor bedroom with ensuite adapted wet room.

On the West Sussex Border Path it's easy to relax and enjoy walking, riding & cycling on the doorstep of ‘South Downs National Park’.

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and immediate access to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making Autumn and winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Surrounded by nature and wildlife, with miles of walking trails on your doorstep, it’s ideal for couples (and a young child) looking to unwind. There’s scope to do as little or as much as you like!

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

A cosy 1 bed, fully furnished cottage in a rural, yet not isolated position, in the South Downs National Park with direct access to footpaths and bridleways. The cottage is part of Bulchins Farm and there is secure gated access and parking available for 2 cars. There are lovely villages nearby including Wisborough Green and Petworth. Horsham is within a 20 minute drive and Goodwood is 30 mins away.
