Recently cell phone service has improved and is reliable. However, in the country, WiFi internetl can be slow at times as well as the Wifi TV streaming.

This cute little first floor efficiency condo is ocean front for a perfect vacation to the beach. It’s an older building but has been partially renovated and updated. You can get to the beach by a very short walk through a private walkway from the condo building. The view from the private balcony is perfect and relaxing. WiFi provided upon check in- xfinity, Netflix, and internet. Indoor and outdoor dining areas and a full kitchen. Closet and dresser for storage use.

**EARLY CHECK-IN JULY 26* * Rousby Hall is located on the Patuxent River, outside of Solomons Island with a view of the river's opening to the Chesapeake Bay. The 16-acre property is adjacent to our very private conservation area that borders our 300-foot private beach. The year-round property has a pier, and in-ground pool (May-October) with amazing river views. Also hosts weddings+events up to 100 guests (additional event fee applies).

You'll wake up to chickens anxious to get out of their coop or Lucy, the turkey, peeking in your window. In the evenings, light the firepit or enjoy and a quiet nighttime swim with our duck. And our very friendly dog, Tanka (Cane Corso) will welcome you to our family.
