Centrally located, beaches, historic Berlin, and amenity filled community [pools, golf, pickle-ball etc.] Sleeps 8-9; king, queen, full-twin bunk, single. Must be 25 yrs old or prior service military or first responders. Recent price hikes forced us to cut the cable, switch to streaming services, and install TVs in each room. Linens and beach club parking pass available for a fee.

Chincoteague beach house, Sleeps 10, pet friendly

Great vacation island house overlooking the Assateague Channel, the lighthouse and the marshes where the wild ponies graze. The house has a screened front porch with a deck that overlooks everything, yet is only about a minute to downtown. The trolly will stop right in front of the house and take your all around the island. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an outside beach shower. Everything you would want for up to 10 guests.
