Relax in the sauna after a day filled with hiking and an al fresco meal on the deck. Roast s’mores at the deck fire table or over the side yard fire pit. Guesthouse ideal for two people. Small cottage (1 bed, 1 bath) is situated in a country setting on ten wooded acres along a large serene pond. It features a darling kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave and toaster/convection oven. (No stove top, no oven.) You'll enjoy birdsong and views of various wildlife. A quiet, restful place to stay when you want to be near Shenandoah Nat’l Park, UVA, Charlottesville, Virginia wineries, Monticello, Montpelier, CHO, and other close-by attractions.

The Brothers Great Room

Your private guest suite is located in Northern Albemarle County Virginia. We are just off of Route 29 with easy access to local venues. The suite is on the 2nd floor, up one flight of stairs. Albemarle County is central to the University of Virginia, Monticello, Montpelier, and nearby Shenandoah National park. There are many wineries, craft beer breweries, and wedding venues in the area. Your four legged friends may run the open areas. Please clean up after your pet.

Modern Cottage near Charlottesville

Bright and open studio space that sits on a 2.5 acre parcel and is about 150 feet away from the main house where we live. It is less than 10 minutes to the airport and under 30 minutes to downtown. The space features a kitchenette, one full bath and an open lofted bedroom space (queen size bed) upstairs. The twin beds are located on the main floor. We can only allow a maximum of 2 cars due to limited space on the property. Use of candles or fire stove is not permitted.

Treehouse at Castle

Our cozy treehouse offers a one-of-a-kind accommodation, perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. The elevated deck provides breathtaking views of the surrounding woods, creating a magical setting for your stay. Inside, the treehouse is thoughtfully designed with rustic charm and modern comforts. The treehouse is equipped with a small kitchenette, allowing you to prepare simple meals and snacks. The bathroom, though compact, offers all the essentials.

The Loft at Minor Mill - Private loft apartment.

Our place is a newly constructed barn loft in our 1960's barn. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from large windows and a private balcony. The barn is surrounded by our horse pastures and neighboring fields. Self check in with the key lockbox. This loft is separate from the main house where we live. Private parking and entrance for our guests directly outside of barn loft (this is separate from the main house driveway).

Lake Haven Cottage

Make yourself at home at our peaceful 1-bedroom cottage that has everything you need for your trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains. The cottage comes with heating, AC, Washer+Dryer and DIRECTV. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient private bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Our Airbnb is within driving distance to UVA, the Skyline Drive & Shenandoah National Park, local wineries, craft breweries and much more!

Fridge, electric kettle, all-organic breakfast (coffee, hot donuts, fruit) included. Access to walking trails along Rivanna River just a few blocks away.
