Brand new luxury detached ‘pod’ with own decking area in the attractive spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire . Well located for access to the the town and only a 10 minute walk from the Yorkshire Show Ground, making it an ideal choice for those wishing to attend key events. Bright and modern space with WiFi and own bathroom. Perfect for a couple or single occupant. Continental breakfast provided plus use of mini fridge and microwave. Parking in front of the house on quiet residential street.

Little Hawthorn Studio

This is a romantic little hideaway. With its own entrance and and lovely outdoor seating. The mattress is top quality. There is small living room/ kitchen, that is just big enough to prepare food and has everything you need - fridge, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The pub across the road serves lovely food and beer and has atmosphere. Lovely views and great walking. Wood burning stove in the bedroom. We love people and will be happy to help but will respect your privacy.

A beautifully appointed self-contained, ground floor flat with a lovely view across the valley from the sitting room window. Howden Nook is in a fantastic position to explore the Yorkshire Dales, (Skipton is only 15 minutes away), the historic village of Haworth (15 minutes), the moors for fabulous walking and the Worth Valley Railway is close by. There is good parking on the private road and by the flat. There is ramp access to the flat and rails to assist mobility to the bath/shower.

The annex is set within a country house in its own grounds. It is located close to the airport and the market town of Otley, gateway to The Yorkshire Dales, very suitable for keen walkers and cyclists. Guests have their own wheelchair accessible entrance to porch, hall, double bedroom with Wifi TV & DVD, kitchenette and shower room. Please note the kitchenette does not have a sink. The Hideaway - A relaxing adults only bolt hole in the midst of a historical, rural village, set in the heart of a conservation area on the Pennines, centrally located for many walks with good pubs along the routes. Once at the top of the stone steps leading to the entrance to the property, you will be instantly immersed into the unique en-suite 'secret garden', offering sole use of a private space boasting beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The Annexe @ Number 9

The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation, everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.

Sleepers - cosy retreat to relax or for adventure.

Based in Marsden, Sleepers, is our one bedroom self catering guest suite for two adult guests. Within the Colne Valley, overlooking the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, it is a perfect location for a relaxing break, with local pubs, shops and cafes a gentle stroll along the towpath. A perfect base for longer walks, cycling and even a wild swimming reservoir within view of the front door.
