The Annexe Ashgrove Cottage Pipehouse Bath BA2 7UJ

A peaceful cottage, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Pipehouse is ideal to discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. There is a 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

Spacious flat near park & Crescent

Light, homely flat by Victoria Park, with free off-street parking for one car. The Royal Crescent is 10 mins walk away. The town centre with the Roman Baths and Spa is 20 mins walking distance across the park, or a five minute bus ride along the road below the park. The Priory Hotel Garden Spa is just along the road from the flat, a five minute walk. In total there is a standard double bed and double sofa-bed (with a single futon mattress available if someone prefers to sleep separately).

PLEASE NOTE narrow steps lead down to the private front door, these may not be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove installed. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave. You will also benefit from onsite parking - rare with a property so close to town. We are very close to restaurants and cafes but the kitchen unit gives you the flexibility to cook at home if you want a cosy evening in!

The Bath Bothy

Charming self-contained garden annex separate from the main house. Based in the pretty village of Claverton and only 3 miles from the historic Spa City of Bath. It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.

A self contained studio with own private entrance, great views overlooking the Wiltshire downs and the Cherill White Horse. A super king sized bed or 2 single beds if requested. There is an ensuite bathroom and small alcove with tea and coffee making facilities, Nespresso machine, small fridge and microwave oven (not proper kitchen). Tithe Cottage Studio

Tithe Cottage Studio is a beautifully presented, well equipped, self contained, ground floor studio apartment, with a pretty garden for guests' use, in the historic town of Bradford on Avon. An ideal base for exploring Bath and surrounding areas. There is off street parking next to the Studio and it is five minutes easy walk to the station and town centre.
