We have a table and chairs, 16 beach chairs, kayaks and paddleboards, outside shower, gas grill, & a firepit for all to enjoy. Wonderful & quiet for families & couples. No smoking in the unit. Our driveway is shared so we can accommodate for one vehicle and it must fit under our carport and there is no street parking. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs permitted.
