Our single-family home sits on the banks of the Saranac River in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. After a day enjoying the Adirondacks, soak in the two-person hot tub, bbq your favorite meal or simply relax and enjoy the sounds of the river.

The Saranac river is just across the Road Which has Trophy Trout fishing and NY state hiking trail to Mud Pond. Located in the Adirondack Park makes it very close to four seasons activities; skiing alpine & cross country, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boating, biking, Snowmobiling, Hunting and camping. Enjoy the remoteness and mountain views.

This is a 19 year-old, 14 ft wide x 53 ft long, 2-bedroom mobile home on a private lot with off street parking. Kitchen has everything you will need to cook meals, crock pot, toaster, good selection of pots and pans as well as an outdoor grill. We supply individual coffee packs, both decaf and regular, sugar, creamer and Splenda in individual packs and bottled water. There is a computer desk with hookups,50 inch TV, Cable and a Roku. It is close to down town Plattsburgh, mall, and restaurants.

White Face Mountain, skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, ADK 46 High Peaks, hiking, golfing, and fishing are all a short drive away. Plattsburgh NY with its amazing restaurants and bar scene is a 5-minute drive. Plenty of parking space.

It is near two mountain lakes as well. The retreat is close to the airport. You’ll love this destination because of the outdoors space ideal for bike riding and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

It is a charming area and the home is too, located on an acre with plenty of mature trees.
