It is so quiet, and the beds so comfortable, that a restful night's sleep is almost a guarantee. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing opportunities abound with water access close-by. Very kid-friendly.

For avid cyclists, the cottage is about 9 miles from the Island Line Trail parking area—the starting point for the ferry to the Lake Champlain Causeway. From there, it’s another scenic 10 miles along the bike path to Burlington’s Waterfront Park.

Five single kayaks, 2 tandem kayaks, a paddle boat, row boat , life jackets ,outdoor games, a firepit and spotlights are available for guest use. A nearby public sandbar is reachable for use.

It is a haven for a couple romantic getaway, a skiing experience, or a relaxing family time in the Adirondack nature. Parties are not allowed for safety reasons.
