This peaceful and private apartment comprises of the whole lower ground floor of a Georgian mansion house just off the A82 set in an incredible nine acre woodland garden with a riverside walk up to a beautiful loch. There is a spacious living room with wood burner and large kitchen with aga cooker and dining. The bathroom features a double ended bath and shower. Glasgow City centre, Glasgow Airport and Loch Lomond are within 15-20 minute drive from the house which has private, secure parking.

Vestibule porch to long hallway, Large living room, beautiful bathroom, family sized Kitchen and spacious King size bedroom. King size bed, a double fold out sofa bed. Double glazed. Gas cooking/heating. Absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean. 1Mins walk to Ibrox underground. Bellahouston park, Asda, Lidl. Queen Elizabeth University hospital (QEUH), BBC, STV HYDRO SECC all within 6mins drive. (1.5mi).

The apartment has one large bedroom with a very comfortable super king size bed and the lounge has a pull down double bed. Travel cot is available on request. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, microwave, coffee machine etc. The shower room/ toilet has a large walk in shower. Superb location less than a 5 minute walk to Milngavie town centre, train station and the start of the West Highland Way. Milngavie has an array of shops, restaurants and bars.
