A mini homestead experience with free range chickens outside of your private space, feeding the neighborhood goats and pony, 2 minute walk to the Conestee Preserve Trail and only 15 min from all Downtown Greenville has to offer. This is a peaceful and relaxing getaway waiting for your arrival!

Container Cottage

Our Container Cottage is a rustic, former shipping container, now cozy cottage. Enjoy Greenville, SC at the only container home conveniently located to downtown Greenville. Sleep easy knowing that the neighborhood is safe. A fire station is located just a block over. The entire interior of the home is crafted with reclaimed wood. A short drive to downtown. Fenced in yard and dog friendly. Just a street over from a busy highway to which we have no control over the sound that carries over.

Up-to-date, charming and close to downtown Greenville, this private and secure apartment offers convenience and luxury if you want to be close to town (5 minutes or less) without stretching the budget too much. You’ll have doorstep parking, granite countertops, designer fixtures, 9 ft. ceilings, crown molding, and wood / tile floors throughout. Full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, ironing board and hair dryer make this a welcome space to use while you visit Greenville for work or play!

Teeny House (monthly discounts)

Designed for the solo traveler (no more than one person allowed), this micro space is an 8'x12' free standing teeny house with just enough room for a twin bed and a bathroom with a 36" square shower, a sink and toilet. In the hospitality world, this is called a “layover”— a comfortable, one person spot to rest your head and a clean, hot shower. Located between 2 other Airbnbs on the same property, so you will likely see other guests coming and going, but the space is completely private.
