This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Our cabin is truly a quiet place in the country to 'catch your breath' and relax in the beauty of God's creation. There are trails over 32 acres of rolling hills and woods where you may sneak up on deer and other wildlife. Comfortable for four. Fire ring/grill and firewood. This Farmhouse was completely restored to its current charm in the spring of 2017. You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! McConnelsville is known for its rich history, & is home to the famous Twin City Opera House, among many other interesting landmarks.

Verde Grove Cabins - "Oink"

Our lovely cabin offers a hot tub, screened in porch, gas grill, fire ring, and the amenities of home conveniently situated between Athens and Hocking Hills, in an ATV-friendly community. We are located near Nelsonville's Historic Arts District, the Nelsonville Music Festival, Hocking College, Hocking Hills State Park, Athens & Ohio University, Lake Hope State Park, and Wayne National Forest. "Oink" is located on 50 acres of privately owned property and is sure to meet your vacation needs.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Country Getaway

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

Burr Oak Cabin

Burr Oak Cabin is nestled into the woods of Burr Oak State Park. Just a short walk or drive to Burr Oak Lake where you can enjoy fishing (license required), hiking, or boating. Hiking trails include various state park trails, the American Discovery Trail or the Buckeye Trail. Put in your own boat at the Dock 1 boat ramp (9.9 hp limit) or rent a kayak, canoe, fishing boat or pontoon boat. Rentals available April through October. We have wifi with a Roku smart Tv to stream.

Tiny house-Eigenes Badezimmer

The Gladiola Tiny House is a modern and cozy tiny house now located in Campbell Cove Campground with access to the Lake Logan. This tiny house features a kitchen with lots of amenities to prepare and serve meals, a full bath with shower, vanity/sink, and flushing toilet, a queen size loft bed, a sofa bed that converts into a full size bed, a deck with a view the lake, and a fire pit area for roasting marshmallows and enjoying sunsets and the night stars.
