Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

Sofia23 has a open space kitchen with a living room, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 bedroom and a safety deposit box available. View at the Atlantic ocean from the terrace. Free public parking is possible on the streets around the apartment. Many restaurants near, 2 supermarkets and 1 pharmacy.

El apartamento situado en planta alta se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila. Está recién reformado y totalmente equipado, es muy amplio con 50 m2, la cocina y el comedor están situados frente al mar. El balcón está cubierto y acristalado hacia el lado norte como cortavientos. ¡Lo mejor es la fantástica vista panorámica al mar! También se incluye un jardín privado e independiente en la planta baja: ¡así son unas vacaciones perfectas! Todo esto a menos de 50m de la playa!

The villa is very well equipped and has been renovated in Dec. 2019. Free parking right next door.
