La Concha Bay Suite has 110 square meters, and it is composed of a double room, bathroom and a big living room with terrace (there's no kitchen, but all the necessary utilities to heat cooked meals and have breakfast: you'll find a freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a boiler in the living room). The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.

Nous avons cherché en rénovant cette bâtisse à marier l'ancien et le moderne et à donner à ce gite un esprit année 1900 date à laquelle il a été construit. L'ensemble de l'électro ménager est neuf. Le logement est grasse à la construction en pierre, frais en été et plusieurs espaces ombragés dans le parc vous permettent de vous reposer. Vous avez accès à l'ensemble du gite et du parc. (L'ensemble du gite et du parc est privé), il n'y a que la piscine qui est disponibles que ponctuellement suivant la période et l'occupation de celle-ci. (nous contacter dès votre réservation pour vous assurer des créneaux disponibles de la piscine). Nous sommes proche du gite, nous pourrons donc vous renseigner durant l'ensemble du séjour. Vous donner quelques bons plans ou vous renseigner sur les lieux à visiter dans la région. Situé à seulement 35 minutes de Bordeaux, entre Saint-Émilion et Blaye, le gîte bénéficie d'un environnement calme et arboré, propice à la détente. Plusieurs chemins de randonnées passent à quelques centaines de mètres. Vous êtes à 1 km de la gare de Gauriaguet qui dessert la ville de Bordeaux (30 mn) et de St André de Cubzac (10 mn). Vous pourrez, suivant les dates de réservation de votre séjour profiter de notre piscine chauffée ou des activités qui y sont proposées . (Aquagym, Aquabike).
