McDonald Cove Cabin

Rustic cozy cabin. Open concept for easy entertaining with glorious views of the water. Main floor bedroom with Queen bed plus open loft with Queen bed. The cabin has one bathroom opposite the downstairs bedroom. Great outdoor living with two decks; front deck facing the waterfront. Use stairs to access the beach and boat house which houses two single kayaks, one double kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs for guest use. One exterior security camera, which monitors the driveway is present.

The Rockland Woods Lodge, Lake & Land

The Rockland Woods Lodge was originally built in 1973 and a 2018 rustic-modern remodel freshened up its charm. A relaxing 60-min Ferry Ride from Seattle gets you to a quiet, densely wooded 20-acre property overlooking Mission Lake and the Olympic Mtns. Biannually, we host 10-20 Artists-in-Residence at the property without charge. To support this primary mission, we rent to small groups for retreats, reunions, workshops, and weddings. Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees.
