The Highland Hut

Located in beautiful countryside, with its own private wood burning hot tub and fire pit, as well as five furry faced friends to keep you entertained, the Highland Hut cannot be beat when it comes to having a relaxing break. Marigold, Honey bee, Coco, Arnold and Bertie are our gorgeous highland cattle that live in the field the Hut is located in. (Don’t worry, there is a fence to keep them from joining you in the hot tub!) They really are incredible and will make your stay here one to remember.

It once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Sit back and relax in your very own garden which is approximately 1 arce! You are surrounded by a private wall, woodland and nature. Sit with a glass of wine or a cooled beer and take in the breath taking views of the rolling fields, trees, animals and the roaches.

Nestled in the small village of Dilhorne, (about 6 miles from Alton Towers) you'll be wowed by the panoramic, stunning views & peace & quiet here. There are 2 great local pubs in the village, both offering a fantastic range of food & drink. You'll find some beautiful footpaths to explore through the field gate. It is entirely self-contained (double bed, kitchen area and shower/toilet, all connected to the mains supply) with its own entrance from the country lane, its own garden and surrounded by beautiful Herefordshire countryside and wildlife. It is ideally placed for walking and cycling, exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing with a book.

Under The Owl Tree is a luxury shepherds hut situated in the heart of a working farm in a beautiful village in the Cotswolds. The hut is fully fitted to a very high specification. It has all the amenities for comfort including a fully fitted shower room, hot water and flushing loo. Please note it is a minimum of a two nights stay over the weekends. Sadly dogs are not allowed as we have farm animals, horses, chickens, ducks and not to forget Baguette and Lottie the Kune Kune pigs.

The historic market town of Ludlow is just a short drive away with it's mighty castle, pubs, bars, restaurants and shops. Our nearest pub is The Tally Ho, which has just been awarded Shropshire pub of the year and it's just 1 mile away, serving great beer and probably the finest food in the area.

Your stay is also complete with a Scandinavian wood-fired hot tub.

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.
