Sunshine Cottage at Finca Katrina

Sunshine Cottage is a little cottage in the back garden of Finca Katrina. It is set on a hill with views of Palo Alto and Jaramillo with a coffee plantation in the foreground. There is a full (double) bed, room to hang your clothes and to store your belongings. You have a small fridge, toaster oven, sink, coffee maker, and cupboard space for food, but no stove top. It’s a new house (Oct 2019) just outside David in Los Algarrobos. Close to the airport, Boquete, Volcan and only 3.5km from the huge new Federal Mall in David. Evening security guards in the subdivision all year. Mountain views, covered parking, seconds from the boquete highway. This immaculate house has all new appliances and furniture, 5G internet, cable tv and Netflix. Your bilingual hosts live next door, the co-host (Grethel) is Panamanian, a lawyer and knows everything about Panama.

Fast primary internet connection (~100mbps), backup internet connection, solar panels, and water tanks on site. We never lose water or power. No stairs for this apartment.

Casita liegt am Rande einer Schlucht mit schwarzen Eichhörnchen, Coatimundi, Agouti und vielen Vögeln. Es ist ziemlich friedlich, klassisch rustikal und ziemlich privat. Verfügt über eine Veranda, ein Badezimmer, einen elektrischen Warmwasserspeicher, einen Hof und einen Parkplatz für ein Auto. Inklusive WLAN und gemeinsamer Waschmaschine / Trockner. Rauchverbot in der Casita, kleine Haustiere werden berücksichtigt. 25 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt, Taxis kosten 3 $.

A 10 min Boquete I Cabaña Rio Vista 3

La linda cabaña tiene una vista al cañón y el rio. Dos perros chico máximo. Hay tres cabañas en el lote, excelente clima, ubicado a 700 mts sobre el nivel del mar. Check in a las 3 pm y check out a las 12 md. El area aparece en los buscadores de mapa como Las Trancas, Alto Boquete. Aunque los últimos dos minutos tiene una calle de piedra, pero un Picanto pasa sin problemas.
