Enjoy the best of DC close to Lincoln Park in the heart of Capitol Hill. This is a lower level suite that offers a separate entrance and large (29 foot) modern open concept space. Guest also have full access to the verdant grounds on the property, which include a luscious cherry tree, several flower gardens and a large vegetable garden, from which guests can harvest fresh produce . Guest can dine alfresco on the property's two tiered deck. The suite comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 children.

Recently renovated two-room Garden Suite for you: Two blocks from Georgetown Hospital and Gtown University making it very convenient for short-term residencies, families visiting, & business travelers. The suite private entrance opens onto the back garden at our rowhouse in Burleith, a lovely and tranquil neighborhood. It is 3.5 blocks from Safeway, Starbucks, shops, restaurants; a 10-minute walk to M Street; 15-minute to Dupont; and a short cab ride to downtown. Small Pets Welcomed!

Charming Private Entrance Rental in AU/Tenleytown

This private suite was created in 2019 and is a perfect rental for visitors of AU Park. It is completely separate and isolated with its own outdoor entrance. It is in a beautiful NW neighborhood of DC with street parking (it is on the visitor to request visitor permit when you book- we are not responsible for tickets if you don't clarify you need a parking permit) and 3 blocks walk to the metro. Our family lives above the rental. We have children whose footsteps are between 7am-9pm.
