Our free standing stylishly renovated cottage is situated at the back of the property and has it’s own private garden courtyard. Fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, bedroom with skylight, Q-XL bed & en-suite bathroom. The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

Home has immediate access to walking trails and Vlakenberg hiking trail. All bedrooms have stunning views onto mountain ranges.

The Aloe Suite is nestled in the leafy neighbourhood of Courtrai in Southern Paarl. The double story space includes a kitchen, lounge and dining area on the lower level.Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom, en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Guests have a private entrance,patio and barbeque area and shared use of the pool . There is parking on the premises, TV (with netflix ) and Wi-Fi. Laundry can be arranged at a fee. The endless view of the Drakenstein Mountains spread out in front of you with the ever changing colours and shades is mesmerising. The pool in front of the cottage allows for a cool down when needed. The cottage itself is very unique, warm and friendly with mix of old and new.

Suzanne's Suite

Place to stay in Brackenfell. My place is within a 2km radius of Cape Gate Mediclinic, Cape Gate Shopping Mall, Makro. It is also within close to the N1 highway and plus minus 20km from Cape Town International Airport. It is also close to Simonsvlei and Durbanville and Stellenbosch Winelands. Cape Town beaches are within easy reach (34 - 40)km. There are plenty of eating places around as well as some who will deliver. My place very secure and we stay in a quiet neighbourhood.

Monte Rio Air B&B

Our guest suite consists of one bedroom, an en suite shower and toilet and a living space with basic cooking facilities (microwave, fridge and kettle). The guest suite is attached to the main house, but has a separate entrance. Safe, shaded parking is available. Free wifi. We are situated in a quiet, friendly residential area, close to local hospitals and schools. We are a busy family of 5; we cannot always guarantee perfect silence, but your privacy is of utmost importance!

The property is equipped with Solar power/battery on UPS, so the SA phenomenon of load shedding/ power outages have little to no impact on our guests. There's also rainwater storage, filtered and piped to the house in the event of municipal water supply issues.
