The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches

Genießen Sie eine holzbeheizte Sauna oder ein warmes Bad im Badezuber – beides ist ganzjährig verfügbar. Im Sommer (Mai–Sept) steht Ihnen zudem ein beheizter Pool zur Verfügung. Alles ist privat. Ein gemütliches Urlaubsparadies für Paare, kleine Familien oder Freunde – zu jeder Jahreszeit.

New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.
