Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

🏠 Private self-contained GROUND FLOOR ensuite bedroom in our house. Access via private main side door. Self check-in via lockbox key access. All recently refurbished. Guests have the whole place to themselves. This includes a bedroom, a bathroom and tea/coffee/toaster/fridge area. ☕️ Dishes and cutlery provided to make a cuppa, breakfast and snacks . Smart TV, Fridge, kettle, toaster & hairdryer provided 🚗 Parking for a medium sized car in marked space- as long as no oil leaks.

Over looking open countryside, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a well deserved break . Open plan living space with wood burner, Smart TV and patio doors leading to garden. Kitchen area: With electric cooker, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher . Bedroom: With super kingsize bed and en-suite with roll top bath, shower attachment, walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Separate toilet. All on the ground floor. Initial logs for wood burner included.

Coachmans-farm;outdoor spa (extra);Somerset Levels

Coachmans is part of West House Cottage; at the back of the main house. The room is a bright airy room, accessed up a stairs with its own en-suite shower room. The house is on the edge of Chilton Polden with beautiful views of the Mendips and the Levels. There are two further Air BnBs - Footmans, opposite and The Old Dairy, beneath. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking animals - lots of places to visit. Not suitable for children.
