Διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι, πολυθρόνα, πάγκο με σκαμπό, TV & wifi (το Internet στο διαμέρισμα είναι 100Mbit). Στο σπίτι ακόμα θα βρείτε parking, πλυντήριο ρούχων, φούρνο, ψυγείο καθώς και μαγειρικά σκεύη. Βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη περιοχή μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης και 500m από τη στάση της Παλιάς Νομικής για το Πανεπιστήμιο. Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2021.

Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική για την πρόσβαση του κέντρου και της παραλιακής οδού με ένα περίπατο. Σε ακτίνα 100μ υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε supermarket φαρμακεία, πρατήριο καυσίμων, fastfood, ζαχαροπλαστείο κ.λ.π. Στάση αστικού λεωφορείου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50μ. Η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι στα 4χλμ, από το λιμάνι στα 500μ και από το ΚΤΕΛ στα 300μ.
