Our place is an amazing Bolthole, set in the North of the New Forest national park, only 20 mins drive from Winchester. A home from home, with all the creature comforts you could wish for. It makes a perfect base to explore the Forest and the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of life with plenty to discover then look no further. The Bothy is Immersed in the beauty and tranquility of the forest with ponies and donkeys grazing nearby.

A charming little wooden house by the sea

This quirky attractive vintage little cottage is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing in idyllic surroundings. Just a few metres from the lovely pebbly Gurnard beach, this fully refurbished historical little wooden building is set back from the road and tucked away behind our wild garden. It is accessed from its own car parking space via a little path. At the rear, a small stream goes to the sea and a large oak tree provides shelter to birds and a relaxing swing seat.

Bramblings, New Forest cottage by the green

Bramblings is in a magical position, at the edge of Lyndhurst, on the green and just over the cattle grid. It is just a short walk in to Lyndhurst for restaurants, cafes and shopping and there are great walks and cycling direct from the house. Remember to keep the gate shut whenever you are coming and going as the ponies, donkeys and cows are free to meander just outside and they are always keen to help themselves to the greenery in the garden.

Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.

Little Lantern

Little Lantern is a self contained annexe attached to our pretty cob cottage. It has its own entrance and sleeps two people in the Bedroom's double bed. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen and small sitting room with views over open fields. The cosy bedroom has a very comfortable brass bed and leads to a lovely shower room with wash basin and loo.

Welsh Cottage is located in the centre of Swanmore with ample parking & green space around the village. The house is perfect for both weekend breaks & longer stays with 3 local pubs, shop & butchers within walking distance. Swanmore is within 25 minutes of Winchester, Portsmouth & Southampton with great tourist sites, eating & shopping to be had in all.

Cosy Victorian cottage set in a country park

Woodside Cottage was originally built in 1864 and formed part of the Royal Victoria Hospital. It is now nestled within the beautiful Royal Victoria Country Park on the edge of Southampton Water and popular coastal walks. This cosy cottage has recently been refurbished and furnished to a high standard with easy access to everything the park has to offer.
