The new renovated ancient townhouse with private pool is situated in the old part of Frigiliana in one of the most charming streets. The house has several terraces with spectaculair sea and nature views. The house offers a spacious livingroom with fireplace, big sofa, dining table, relax chairs and desk. Nice well equiped kitchen. 2 bedroom with double beds, bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Very private garden with outdoor kitchen, pool, diningtable, relax chairs and sunbeds

Para la entrada de cada huésped el apartamento es limpiado y desinfectado minuciosamente. El cambio de ropa de cama incluye los protectores interiores de colchón y almohadas para cada nuevo huésped. Los armarios y cómodas son limpiados de manera integral. Las sábanas y toallas son lavadas a alta temperatura con desinfectantes de manera que estén impecables para cada nueva entrada y con un agradable olor. Es mi prioridad la limpieza y orden en el apartamento para el máximo bienestar del huésped.

Situé en front de mer entre Torrox Costa et Nerja ce grand appartement de 85 m² dispose d'une vue à 180° sur la mer. Climatisé, il dispose d'un salon, d'une véranda/salle à manger, de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une terrasse solarium de 65 m² munie de canapé, bains de soleil, barbecue, plancha. Piscine commune privative (1 grand bain et 1 bain enfant) (piscine fermé de fin octobre à début avril). Pour votre confort, les lits sont faits à votre arrivée et le ménage est fait à votre sortie.

Attention nous ne sommes pas responsables de la fermeture de la piscine par décision des autorités espagnoles. Les heures d'ouverture de celle ci sont de 10 h à 15h et de 17h à 21h.

Welcome! This modern and luxury 3 bedroom apartment is fully equipped and has a secluded, south facing terrace with a wonderful seaview. There are beaches at close walking distance and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the closest one. Calaceite is a beautifully maintained urbanisation built in 2009 with very well maintained communal gardens and two swimmingpools. It is built along side the coastal road between Nerja and Torrox Costa.

Die Unterkunft erreicht man ebenerdig oder ganz bequem mit dem Fahrstuhl aus der Tiefgarage, wo ein PKW-Stellplatz zur Verfügung steht.
