Our cozy cottage has a studio area with a queen bed, and a private room with a double bed..comfortably sleeps 3 adults or a couple with 1 or 2 children. Quiet and sweet. Walk to Swami's beach or drive to Moonlight Bch. There is a step from the main bedroom into the dining area. Also from the cottage to the back patio. If you have friends and family in the area, you must meet them off the property...there are many restaurants and in town for meet ups with family and friends.

Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town. It's a 2-room private guest suite with a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out futon (slightly smaller than a queen) in the other room, which also has the kitchenette. It is attached to our house, but you have your own private side entrance and private backyard.
