We are a quick 25 minute drive to Boulder and Denver. We have a puppy you may hear occasionally.

Private 2 bedroom 1 bath lower unit with separate entrance and full kitchen! We live upstairs in the upper unit and share the backyard. Free street parking. Shared home - we live upstairs. However, the lower unit is completely private and has it’s own entrance - backyard is shared.
