Soho Artist Studio, great location!

Jacaranda consists in 3 apartaments in an old house recently renovated, 1 on the ground floor with access to the courtyard, and 2 on the first floor overlooking the garden. This Studio is a compact one room apartment, with double bed, excellent for singles, a bit tiny for a couple but it is ok, private bathroom with shower, room and bathroom overlooking a nice garden. There is air conditioning, cable TV -now new LED TVs-, free Internet Wi Fi, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, safe box, hair dryer, towel heater, between others services. There is no lift. Sheets and towels are 100% cotton, excellent quality. We leave complimentary water, tea and coffee for your breakfast in the apartment, or we can give you a voucher discount to go to a nice bar nearby: @Ispica.caffe Breakfast with croissants and orange juice for 4 usd or any other breakfast 10% discount. Regular time for check-ins and check-outs: Check in: 13:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am Depending on availability, check in and check out time are flexible. There is a place to keep safe your luggage after check out or before check in. There is no front desk, so it is necesary to organize check in time in advance. We have a lock box with code for self chek-ins before 10 am or after 4pm or during week-ends. Tell us in advance. Jacaranda location is excellent, this is the main neighborhood for young tourist, surrounded by restaurants, small fancy shops, design stores, etc. Only 3 blocks from Plaza Serrano Cortázar, the well known small square in Soho, and also close to Palermo Hollywood´s bars. It would be quite easy for you to go to other areas of BA by bus, subway or taxi. Taxis are quite cheap here, and it would take no more than 15 minutes to Recoleta or half an hour to La Boca. If you like we can help about your transfer from Ezeiza airport giving you the contact of a reliable and cheap taxi company. Other option is Tienda León Bus. This shuttle service is quite convenient if you are a single traveler. It is cheaper, though takes you much more time

Mucho sol y gran balcón en Palermo

Lugares de interés: Museo Evita, Osaka, Plaza Italia, Green Bamboo, Malba, Jardín Japonés, Bosques de Palermo. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a: muy luminoso, gran balcón terraza de 30 m2, dos toldos corredizos, una cocina amplia con doble acceso, desayunador y escritorio, un living comedor en forma de "ele" con sofá esquinero para recostarse y ver TV, yacuzzi en el baño. El barrio muy tradicional con bares y restaurantes de buena comida, cercano a varias líneas de colectivos y subte.

Lovely and cozy apartment. Conveniently located in the heart of Recoleta neighborhood. Ideal to visit Buenos Aires and to have an enjoayble stay in the best residential area. Near a metro station (2 minutes walk) and bus stops. All basic supplies provided to guarantee and enjoyable stay as a preferred guest while in my apartment.
