On a 3/4 acre lot, this is pet and child-friendly with a fenced-in area for your family/pets. Close to Mall of GA shopping, Cumming, Sugar Hill and Lake Lanier Islands. Enjoy your stay at my cozy guest suite. You will have the whole walkout basement floor for your private use with a spacious Living room, 2 bedrooms, Office space and 1 full bath. You will have your own private entrance from the backyard, you will get a big backyard available to you for entertainment and free street parking. The owners of the house live upstairs. The property is minutes drive from Lake Lanier, Historic Buford Downtown, Buford Dam Parks & camp grounds and Mall of Georgia.

Lake Lanier Home Away From Home

Come visit Lake Lanier and stay in an attached guest suite fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, walk-in closet, laundry room & private entrance. This guest suite is suitable for 2 people but please always reach out to ask about 3 or 4 guests. We will accept or deny based on the conditions. Please ask any questions you may have before booking! We have a strict no refund policy and need guests to be sure they will be staying.
