There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

Enjoy a private studio that is located in the Historic Fountain Square neighborhood. It is close to a variety of great restaurants and dining, art and culture, the city center. Within a 15 minute walk, you can be at the heart of all of the action of the conventions and activities that Indianapolis has to offer to the metropolitan region. It is within walking distance to the Cultural Trail, which leads through downtown and allows for walks or bike rides along the canal.

Private Garden Studio (No Bath Tub/Shower)

This is a perfect location for one or two guests for one or two nights. The space does not have a shower or bath tub so longer term stays would be difficult. There is a small refrigerator in the space for storing any food and drink. There is not a door to close for the toilet, so please consider this if booking for two guests. The garden studio will be your private space with your own private entrance overlooking our vegetable garden.

This two-bedroom one bath, upstairs apartment on top of an upcoming Yoga Studio is located in Fountain Square, Indianapolis. Hop on a scooter or Uber, and in just minutes, you are at Lucas Oil Stadium, The Convention Center, and Downtown Indianapolis. Indianapolis Motor Speedway is about a 15 min Uber. Plenty of great Fountain Square Bars and Restaurants are anywhere from a 2-10 minute walk.
