Private entrance, daylight basement in lower level of our home. There is a key code box to obtain access, and guest parking. 15 minutes to Sunday River and Black Mountain and 20 minutes to Mt. Abram ski resorts. Swimming access at Howard Pond. Skiers, riders, hikers, kayakers, and outdoor enthusiasts would love this location anytime of the year.

Western mountain Retreat, Minutes to Sugarloaf

Perfectly located 7 miles north of Sugarloaf ski resort, and 27miles east to saddleback ski resort. Snowmobile and ATV trail access, right behind the building! Within minutes of great hiking trails including part of the Appalachian Trail, Also some of the best Hunting and Fishing in New England. Our place is within walking distance to the beautiful, and historical Flagstaff Lake, downtown Stratton, the local town park, local restaurants, and a convenience store/Gas station right next door!

Cub Cabin- a Peaceful Paradise at Fox Carlton Pond

Welcome to Fox Carlton Pond! Settle into our Cub Cabin surrounded by the beauty of nature at a peaceful resort on our 5 acre private pond alongside the Sandy River. Our Cub Cabin is furnished with a bunk bed (see photos) with a double mattress on the bottom bunk that sleeps 2 and a single mattress on top bunk that sleeps 1. Enjoy walking trails, lawn games, fire pit, pickle ball, use of canoes, kayaks, peddle boat and docks for exploring, fishing and swimming.

Unique ski chalet five minutes from Sugarloaf access road, with snowshoe / XC ski trail from the property that connects to valley trail system. Cozy, all-wood interior with funky bunk bed tower, homey propane stove, and den with bar and large TV. Equally well-suited for families, friends, and responsible mountain enthusiasts! We love our shackteau and know you will, too! We received negative feedback on our last cleaner so we have a new AWESOME cleaner :)

The cabin has 1 bedroom along with a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds that the kids will love, and a pull out couch.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Perfect for extended family this house is on the sugarloaf shuttle route 2 buses per hour. Bunk loft upstairs sleeps 4 kids. There is a game room/ smart tv in basement and easy kitchen for big meals. Cozy for adults to sit around the wood stove. Outside there is a very rustic sauna and plenty of parking

Waterfront home w Beautiful Views

Minutes from Saddleback Mtn! *End of June through August, we rent Saturday to Saturday weekly. Our home has a beautiful waterfront location. The views from the living room are spectacular! Convenient to all activities in the Rangeley region. **We welcome one well behaved dog & are strict with this policy.
